Review Buddy is a customer communication and review automation service that sends SMS and email messages on behalf of businesses.

You agree that:

• You have obtained proper consent from your customers before submitting their contact information
• You will not use the service for spam or unsolicited messaging
• You will comply with all applicable laws

Messages are sent on your behalf.

• Message frequency may vary
• Message and data rates may apply
• Customers can opt out by replying STOP
• Customers can request help by replying HELP
• Email recipients can unsubscribe via email link

Messages may be delayed or not delivered.

Carriers are not liable.

• Services are billed monthly
• Payments must be made on time
• Failure to pay may result in suspension

No spam, fraud, or unlawful activity.

No guarantee of reviews, rankings, or revenue.

Not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

• Clients may cancel with 30 days’ written notice.
• No partial refunds.
